The Atlanta Hawks and College Park Skyhawks partnered up with Tonio the Great to sponsor Concrete Jungle, the artist's first headlining show of the fall. Audience members enjoyed several performances from hip hop/r&b artists of Atlanta and surrounding areas. The list included sounds from Heystax, Lil Cole, Coltx, Huey King, Endless KP, Greenfield The Artist, as well as Tonio The Great. Vendors kept concert goers hydrated and entertained in-between sets, offering black-owned H2O products and dope custom artifacts for sale.
The headlining artist graced the stage to perform some of his most popular tunes. The set featured singles AYE, Black Sheep, and Elevator Music to accompany other fan favorites from Tonio's latest project Undefeated. The artist also made an exciting announcement proceeding a performance of Wendell Scott from Tonio's debute project Underdawg. The family of the famed racecar driver reached out to The Great team after hearing the song. Impressed with Tonio's tribute to Mr. Scott, the family has invited Tonio to visit their estate in Virginia later this year.
To wrap up the show, Tonio thanked the crowd for their exhilarating energy and support for him through out his musical journey as well as accompanying artists. To hear more from Tonio The Great, be sure to grab your tickets for his next live performance on September 11th!
